  • Email address — If you choose to provide your email address (during onboarding or through your profile), we store it in encrypted form so we can send you important account notifications. We do not collect your email from sign-in providers.
  • Content you contribute — Any information you voluntarily submit through the platform, such as event details, meetup descriptions, ticket listings, reviews, messages, and profile information.
  • Communications — Messages or information you send us directly, such as support requests.

Information collected automatically

  • Usage data — We collect information about how you interact with our platform, such as pages visited and features used, to help us improve the service.
  • Device and connection information — Your IP address and basic device information may be recorded in server logs for security and abuse prevention purposes.

  • With event organizers — When you RSVP or register for an event, the organizer may see your display name and attendance status.

8. Data Retention

  • Server logs containing IP addresses are automatically purged after 90 days.
  • Session cookies expire according to their stated durations.

Our services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

EventerPort is hosted in North America.
